It’s time for Ken Behrens to shake things up in lockdown.
While many businesses have been impacted by the current ACT lockdown, spare a thought for Knightsbridge Penthouse and DJ Schwaben who spent weeks planning a charity night of techno on Thursday 12 August in support of Lifeline Canberra…only for the ACT Government to announce a snap lockdown the morning of.
Well, as DJ Schwaben puts it, “If the mountain won’t come to Mohammed then Mohammed must go to the mountain.” And by mountain, he means a night of thumping techno music.
This Saturday 4 September, DJ Schwaben will be taking to the decks from his “hideaway”, broadcasting a night of live techno, electro and house music—and you’re invited.

DJ Schwaben.
The event is being supported by Zoo Bar, Kokomo’s, Knightsbridge Penthouse, Cube Nightclub, AKIBA, Bar Beirut, Alpha One Security and more with the aim to promote Canberra’s vibrant hospitality scene in these challenging times.
Kicking off at 9 pm, the evening will also feature oodles of giveaways including merch and vouchers—including $100 to spend at Kokomo’s or Zoo Bar and prizes for Best Dressed.
