Shower your mum in love – and Cartier…

Posted on

Are you looking for a Mother’s Day gift that is out of the bag?

How about a truly glittering experience involving a sophisticated high tea, and total immersion in a breathtaking selection of priceless Cartier jewellery?

HerCanberra is excited to support the National Gallery of Australia in a special Mother’s Day event and have two double passes to give away.

Dress in your Sunday best to enjoy a decadent high tea at the National Gallery of Australia followed by an exclusive walk through to see the blockbuster Cartier: The Exhibition.

Now that is surely a prize worth winning—particularly if Mother’s Day usually means a phone call or card and flower delivery.

The campaign video shot for the competition features home-grown modelling royalty Anneliese Seubert with her mum Gretta and daughter Camille.

Anneliese has a personal connection to Cartier, having won a bespoke diamond necklace and diamond earings in 1990 when, at just 17, she was crowned the Ford Supermodel of the year. For the record, she wore them to her Year 12 formal at Canberra Girls Grammar.

Now trading the catwalk for a quieter life in Canberra raising Camille and younger sister Avery, Anneliese enjoys being near her mum after almost two decades of jet-setting between Paris and New York.

“It was lovely to see the exhibition with mum. The Cartier stories are really special, and a lot of it deals with tradition and connections through generations,” said Anneliese.

“I think this exhibition is going to be absolutely huge for Canberra.”

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the competition to win member’s high tea for two and tickets to the extraordinary Cartier: The Exhibition, tag your mum in the comments on the social post linking to this story on the HerCanberra Facebook page, and tell us the reason she makes your world sparkle in the comments.
