You may have seen her and her jaw-dropping creations on MasterChef Australia and Family Food Fight.
Now Canberrans will have a chance to get up close and personal with “Punk Princess of Pastry”, Anna Polyviou.
Anna will launch her new book Sweet Street at a special evening event at Monster kitchen and bar on Tuesday 12 June.
Sweet Street is described as bringing “all Anna’s world-class training, techniques and flavours into your kitchen.”
In it, she “shares recipes that will be tempting you to skip dinner and go straight to dessert. There are classics with a modern twist, new ideas for afternoon teas as well as showstopping desserts that will knock the socks off the guests of your next gathering.”
Tickets to the event are $130.00 and include a glass of bubbles on arrival, sharing style dinner, dessert and a copy of Sweet Street. Available via Eventbrite.
