Want to race for free dumplings in a WipeOut-style course?

Posted on

Ever wanted to be a contestant on WipeOut? Love dumplings?

Then you’re in luck, as two of your favourite things are coming together this weekend for an epically delicious showdown.

Spicing up the University of Canberra this Friday and Saturday (30-31 August), Menulog will be giving dumpling-lovers the chance to charge through their Menulog Delivery Run inflatable course for the chance to win free dumplings.

How many free dumplings, you ask? $500 worth of free dumplings. That’s a lot of dumplings.

Dressed in a swanky Menulog delivery coat or an oversized Menulog plush bag, contestants must complete a ‘delivery’, navigating the inflatable, WipeOut-style course.

The course is for dumpling-lovers aged five and above, however, smaller kids are able to go through the course accompanied by an adult.

On their way, contestants must find lost keys in a pit of blow-up car tyres, battle a wind tunnel with ‘rain’ (i.e water balloons thrown by spectators), and tackle various obstacles (including the ‘family pet’) before safely delivering their order to the customer’s door.

The team who delivers their food the ‘freshest’ wins free dumplings!

The free dumplings in question will come courtesy of vouchers for Wanniassa’s Li’s Dumpling Inn, which processes more than three times the amount of orders than Canberra’s next popular dumpling restaurant on the Menulog platform.

Word on the street is that their pork and prawn, chicken, and lobster dumplings are particularly delicious, so what are you waiting for?

We’ll race you to the doorbell.
